Study rooms may be reserved for a total of 3 hours (six slots) per day, per group or individual. This limit applies to all study rooms, not individual rooms.
Study rooms can be used for meetings, group projects, tutoring, studying, and more!
Study Room 1 sits up to six at the table, with additional seating for six available if needed.
Study Room 2 sits up to six at the table.
Study Room 3 sits up to six at the table.
Study Room 4 sits up to three at the table.
Please be aware that Study Room 3 contains the only video phone available on campus; if someone needs this phone you will be asked to vacate the room even if you have booked it. Thank you for your cooperation.
Study Rooms 1 & 2 have monitors with HDMI cables; you may hook a laptop up to these monitors.
If the room you would like is unavailable (red) during normal library hours, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org; we might be able to find other accommodations that would suit your needs.
Attention: Please pay attention to the seating capacity of each room. Your booking may be moved to a room appropriate to the number of people in your group.
To ensure all groups have access to our study rooms, please limit bookings to one per group or individual per day. If no one needs the room after your group, you may remain in the room until another group requests it.
